Sales Operations Planning Analyst

Twilio is seeking a data-driven, strategically minded individual to join our Strategic Operations pillar within Sales, Operations, and Enablement. Reporting directly into the Strategic Operations team, this role sits at the intersection of business strategy, sales planning, and advanced analytics.

You will lead our target-setting process and align customer segmentation with broader GTM organizational objectives. This role goes beyond standard schedule management; you will define our operational "North Star", ensuring targets are ambitious, achievable, and backed by robust analytical modeling, forecasting, and data infrastructure.
