This position is needed to build and lead the live learning experiences that shape how Twilions grow, lead, and work together. You will design and facilitate Twilio's development programs, design and lead leadership team offsites, and serve as an internal coach to leaders and emerging talent around the globe.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development, you will spend most of your time in the room, virtual or in person, with Twilions: designing programs, facilitating sessions, guiding leadership teams through high-stakes offsites, and coaching leaders through pivotal growth moments.
