Principal Product Manager, Capital Platform

Upstart’s Capital Platform team builds the systems that enable capital to flow through Upstart’s marketplace reliably, transparently, and at scale. The team owns the core platform capabilities used by banks, credit unions, and institutional investors to onboard, configure programs, execute originations and loan sales, and monitor portfolio performance. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, capital markets, finance, and compliance, the Capital Platform team focuses on building enterprise-grade, configurable, and reusable infrastructure that supports a growing and increasingly diverse set of capital partners across products.
