This is a Senior Technical Recruiter role built for someone who can move fluidly across our R&D disciplines (Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering), whatever's most critical that week. You won't be boxed into one team or one specialty. One day you're closing a Staff Software Developer, the next you're deep in a Security loop, the next you're building pipeline for a Data Science search that hasn't opened yet. If you thrive on variety and can context-switch without losing quality, this is your seat.

You build pipelines before roles even open, partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, and run hiring processes that are fast, sharp, and never compromise on talent.
