Staff/Senior Product Designer, Growth

As a Product Designer on Growth, you’ll turn ambitious ideas into meaningful experiences that move the business forward. More than 4 million Canadians trust Wealthsimple with their money. Your job is to grow that number by designing the experiences that turn clients into our biggest advocates.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to rethink our referral strategy, support our highest visibility campaigns, and lead 0 to 1 social features from the ground up. You'll help define and lead our entire growth domain, rethink how people discover and share Wealthsimple, and create experiences that make our products more valuable as our community grows.
