As a Commissions Manager, you’ll help our Sales and go-to-market teams trust how their work translates into compensation. You’ll own accurate, timely commission operations while building the systems and processes that make our incentive programs easier to understand and scale. Working across Commercial Operations, Finance, Revenue Technology, Payroll, People Operations and GTM leadership, you’ll help modernize a complex compensation environment so our commercial teams can focus on bringing more providers onto Zocdoc and connecting more patients with care.
