Global Renewals Operations Manager

• Develop and implement operational processes that bring rigor and consistency to the renewals business, aligned to overall revenue targets and business objectives
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify churn trends and revenue growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations and process improvements
• Support annual planning activities , including territory design, target setting, and organizational planning , in close collaboration with CS Operations and FinOps
• Prepare reports and presentations for weekly forecasts and business review decks, distilling complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
