As the Onboarding Specialist for Crusoe’s Global Onboarding team, you will help architect, operate, and scale a best-in-class onboarding and manager enablement experience across Crusoe. This role bridges strategic program ownership with operational fluency, translating company strategy into scaled systems, structured resources, interactive platforms, and memorable employee touchpoints from pre-onboarding through their first year.
In this role, you will lead flagship onboarding enablement tools including the New Cru Guide, the Manager Hub, the Manager Onboarding Toolkit, and help produce cohort programs like Crusoe Manager Bootcamp.
