Ethos is looking for an exceptional sales trainer and builder to help architect and train the next generation of Ethos Sales Agents. This role will work closely with the leaders across sales and product to build Ethos' training, coaching, and script strategy across multiple direct-to-consumer sales verticals, and will personally lead the trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions that bring that strategy to life.
This role will partner with multiple leaders to craft best-in-class sales strategies, test new concepts, and evolve how Ethos Agents engage with customers.
