Lead Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy

As a Lead, Business Operations, you will sit at the center of Figure’s most important decisions, translating strategy into execution across Figure’s Lending and Digital Assets businesses, and ensuring leaders have clear, timely, and actionable insight into how the business is performing.

This role is a hybrid of business planning, executive reporting, and strategic problem-solving. You will work on core components of quarterly planning, forecasting, and budgeting; drive weekly and monthly executive reporting against company goals; and lead analyses that directly inform decisions made by Figure’s executive team.
