Senior Payroll Specialist

Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now for Canadian employees; including timecard review, off-cycle calculations, deductions, taxable benefits and paid leave.

Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, employment standards and CRA requirements.

Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll-related questions

Prepare reporting to fund benefit-related deductions from employee’s pay - RRSP, HSA and various tax entities

Maintenance and creation of various employee time off policies in the timekeeping system

Create payroll journal entries for posting in NetSuite(ERP), including regular payroll, month end, and other adjustments
