Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor

The Candidate Experience team partners with Recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations to run a smooth, consistent, and inclusive hiring process across GitLab's all-remote, global organization. You'll join a collaborative group that coordinates interview logistics, manages candidate flow in our applicant tracking system, and supports offer and onboarding handoffs so candidates and hiring teams have a clear, organized experience at every stage. The team works asynchronously across time zones, using GitLab and shared documentation to stay aligned while handling high-volume hiring.
