- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four AP and T&E professionals, including goal setting, performance reviews, and workload planning.
- Own the AP cycle end to end: invoice intake and coding, three-way match, approvals, payment runs, and vendor inquiries.
- Manage AP workflows in Coupa, card and spend activity in Brex, and posting and reconciliation in NetSuite. Make sure data flows cleanly between them.
- Deliver AP accruals, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, and aging reviews on the close calendar.
- Maintain internal controls over disbursements, including segregation of duties, approval limits, vendor master changes, and duplicate payment checks. Support internal and external audit requests.
