In this role, you will influence the stability of core developer workflows. This is not a role where you just run through a static checklist. You will have the autonomy to spot automation opportunities, design maintainable test scenarios, and shape how we test highly complex developer tools. You will collaborate directly with developers, investigating tricky edge cases and preventing regressions before they reach our community.
Day to day, you will:
- Collaborate with developers on exploratory testing of new and modified IDE functionality.
- Investigate and pinpoint bugs, report findings in our tracker, and perform regression testing.
