Senior Product Manager - Recruiter Experience (India)

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for recruiter experience within the Karat Platform. You'll build experiences that give recruiters clearer visibility into their pipeline, faster ways to act on it, and less manual overhead , including exciting new ground in how strong candidates get matched to the right opportunity, not just the role they originally applied for. You'll collaborate across engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our recruiting customers.
