Senior Technical Content Analytics Manager (Mexico)

As a Senior Content Analytics Manager, you will be directly accountable for the health and performance of Karat's technical interview content. You'll define the metrics, set the bar for what "good" looks like, and own continuous improvement of the signals that determine whether our content produces fair, reliable, and consistent interview outcomes across the platform. You will leverage AI solutions to analyze, automate, and iterate on our interview content, while proactively identifying emerging issues, investigating root causes, and owning corrective actions from diagnosis to resolution , either directly or through cross-functional partners.
