As a Senior Content Development Engineer, you'll design and build the most technically demanding interview questions Karat uses to assess software engineering candidates: complex, multi-step engineering scenarios and edge cases that other engineers escalate to you. This is not a traditional software engineering role; you won't be building or maintaining production systems. You'll write code to construct, test, and correct these problems and their reference solutions at a higher difficulty tier, using modern AI-assisted development tools and leading peer review to keep the content technically accurate and fair.
