Workplace Experience Specialist - NYC

• Serve as the on-site presence and cultural ambassador for the NYC office every day, welcoming employees, guests, candidates, and visiting teammates.
• Own the daily operations of the space , lunch, kitchen, supply stocking, incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, and visitor management , acting as the first point of contact for office questions and requests, resolving what you can and escalating what needs a broader fix.
• Keep the office beautiful, organized, and aligned with Mercury’s aesthetic.
• Shape a distinct in-office culture by listening to employee feedback and thoughtfully balancing individual requests with team needs, resources, and the overall workplace experience.
