To guide this evolution, we are hiring a Sr. Staff Software Engineer to serve as the overarching Technical Individual Contributor Leader for the entire Provider organization. This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise, architectural foresight, and cross-functional leadership. Operating as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, the incumbent will be responsible for setting the technical roadmap, establishing engineering standards, and driving high-impact initiatives that span all teams within the Provider domain.
