Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to own the Affiliate channel end to end across investment decisions, partners, forecasting, roadmap, and patient journey, to achieve Rula’s patient acquisition objectives through data-driven management and scale. This is a critical channel for Rula’s patient marketing team. You’ll have dotted-line responsibility over an Affiliate Specialist, an external contractor, and virtual assistants. This person will be responsible for exceeding targets by recruiting and growing high-quality publishers, optimizing partner performance, and safeguarding channel integrity through disciplined compliance and fraud/quality auditing.
