The Professional Services team sits within Customer Solutions and delivers expert implementation and trusted advisory so every customer gets full value from their Snyk investment. The team is deployed across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ and is led by our Senior Director of Implementation Consulting. You will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers on implementation and consulting engagements, owning delivery from discovery through hand-off.
Write code and deliver technical integrations, configurations, and specialized solutions that fit each customer's environment and workflows.
