Clinical Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the recruitment of licensed mental health professionals who provide care through Talkspace. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Recruitment team to source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding.

This is a great opportunity for someone with early-career experience recruiting clinical therapists who is excited to continue developing their recruiting skills in the behavioral health industry.
