Proven experience in program monitoring and testing, with evidence of enhancing the effectiveness of a financial crime compliance program.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, regulators and global business leaders on complex financial crime risk matters.

Experience operating in a second-line financial crime compliance, risk or assurance function, with the independence and judgment to assess program effectiveness.

Strong understanding of sanctions oversight and its role within an FCC Program.
