People Partner Engineering & Product

We're scaling from 1,000 → 4,000 employees across 50+ countries, and the complexity of our teams, hubs, and workflows is growing quickly. Our People Partners play a critical role in enabling leads, supporting peeps, and protecting performance and culture as we grow. As a People Partner at ElevenLabs, you'll sit at the intersection of leadership coaching, performance, and day-to-day people guidance.

You'll support Engineering and Product leaders across our international teams, getting to know their rhythms, challenges, and talent needs. Much of the role is coaching: helping leads handle feedback, performance, growth, and change well, and surfacing people issues early.
