People Partner GTM

We're scaling from 1,000 → 4,000 employees across 50+ countries, and the complexity of our teams, hubs, and workflows is growing quickly. Our People Partners play a critical role in enabling leads, supporting peeps, and protecting performance and culture as we grow. As a People Partner at ElevenLabs, you'll sit at the intersection of leadership coaching, organisational design, performance, and day-to-day people guidance.

You'll be the dedicated People Partner for our entire Revenue organisation across North America and LATAM, working closely with the Revenue leadership team to understand their rhythms, challenges, and talent needs deeply.
